Who we are
Guangzhou Yeliang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (YL Light) is a stage lighting manufacturer in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We are responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
- What you enter in an enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or destination, your message and the products you selected.
- Which page and language the enquiry was sent from, and when.
- What you send us yourself by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical information needed to run the site, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the pages.
To limit repeated messages we keep a one-way code made from your IP address and the date, not the address itself. We also count page visits and loading speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide technical support.
- To send a catalogue or document you asked for.
- To process an order and keep the business records we are required to keep.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores enquiries.
- Google, which provides our business email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us there.
- Shipping and payment companies, only when needed to complete an order.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
These companies may process information outside your country. YL Light is based in China.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any resulting order, and for as long as business and tax records must be kept. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
This site uses one small cookie, yl-language, which remembers the language you chose for up to one year. Cloudflare may add a short-lived security cookie when it needs to check for automated traffic. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to info@ylaudiolight.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in a region with data protection law, such as the EU, the UK or Brazil, you may also complain to your local authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
